The 4451 pulses generator features variable pulse widths from 10 ns to 10 s with a repetition rate selectable from 20ns to 10 s. It also features selectable complementary pulse and double pulse, in continuous, triggered, gated and counted burst modes. The generator allows selection of predefined amplitude and offset for testing of major semiconductor technologies such as TTL, CMOS or ECL.
